Payment Options to use the myCareerHand Learner Support System include PayFast Payment Options and Medical Aid Claims.

PayFast Payment Options

The following payment options (secured and powered by PayFast) are only available after the user registered on the myCareerHand System. Click/Tap on any of the following to register or login and make one of the following payment types when prompted to do so. The user will automatically gain access to the system once payments are successful.

Medical Aid Claims

Given that we use Psychometric Assessments, you are allowed to pay for the use of the system using your medical aid, should Psychology Benefits be available. To use this payment method, you are required to provide the Identity and Contact Information of the Main Member and the Dependent Beneficiary, as well as Upload Proof of Identities and Medical Aid. Once medical aid payments and proof of relevant documentation have been received, you will receive an access code to be entered when prompted by the system.

You can also pay using one of the PayFast Payment Methods and we will send you an Invoice and Relevant Information for you to claim this back from your Medical Aid, should you want to gain immediate access to the system, without having to wait for Medical Aid Approval.
